Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From Thailand: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025

Official abstract: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that certain companies subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding the review, in part, with respect to 28 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
