Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods From Mexico: Preliminary Results and Recission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024

Official abstract: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that the producer/exporter subject to this reviewTubos de Acero de Mexico, S.A. (TAMSA) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to two companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
