Certain Steel Nails From Malaysia: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025

Official abstract: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to 40 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
